This artwork is very dear to me: the first collage I ever created during Lockdown in 2020. It encapsulates my isolation, my yearning and my dreams for something different. It embodies the surreal feeling everyone felt during that time - and in many cases still do today.
It seems like we will always be fishing - for something; and always dreaming about something. Sometimes you catch one; sometimes you don't. And sometimes dreams do come true, and other times they don't. The key is to keep on. The door will open, it's up to you to enter.
